Begin by updating the settings in your account. This includes items such as your company profile, personal settings, public portal, and several additional items you can customize to fit your needs. Be sure to review all items linked "here".
Talent ManagementWorksuite is packed with great features to help you manage your external talent. A great place to start is by learning "how to invite talent". Once you have reviewed the article, be sure to dig deeper by reviewing all articles in the talent management folder, linked "here".
Onboarding workflows are designed to ensure a smooth and consistent process for collecting necessary information from your external talent. This is a great compliance feature to ensure you have all your I's dotted and T's crossed! Begin your learning on this topic "here".
When you are interested in finding new talent, the Marketplace feature helps you manage that process from start to finish (an overview video is linked in "this article"). You'll be able to "post new opportunities", review candidates, and "automatically onboard individuals" who make it to your list of shortlisted candidates. You can even "assign work directly" from the opportunity!
Tasks & ProjectsTasks and Projects help you organize and assign work to your external talent. You can create a project, then create several associated tasks depending on your project needs. Learn how to create a new project "here".
Worksuite offers several options for managing the payments of your external talent, from self-management to automated payment processing. You can even choose to partner with us to process the payments - taking one more task off your list of to-dos!
