Announcements are shown to your freelancers in Worksuite. You can take one down, change it, or put it back live yourself at any time.
Note: Your account may use a different word for freelancers (for example "Tutors"). The menu will show that word instead, for example "Tutor announcements".TABLE OF CONTENTS

Take an announcement down (move it back to draft)
- Click Settings (the gear icon), then Freelancer announcements.
- Find the announcement in the list. Live ones show a green PUBLISHED label. Tip: use the Status filter to show only published announcements.
- Click the announcement to open it.
- At the bottom of the panel, click Save Draft.

You'll see "Announcement has been updated" and the label changes to DRAFT. It stays in your list as a draft, so you can edit it or make it live again later.
Edit an announcement
- Go to Settings → Freelancer announcements and click the announcement.
- Update the Title, Content, Freelancer groups or Displayed in fields.
- Click Save and Make Live to publish your changes.
Note: If the announcement is already live, clicking Save Draft will take it down.Re-publish a draft announcement
- Go to Settings → Freelancer announcements and click the draft.
- Check the content and the Freelancer groups field. Just above the buttons, you'll see how many freelancers it will be shown to.
- Click Save and Make Live. You'll see "Announcement has been published" and the label changes to PUBLISHED.
Note: If no group is chosen, the announcement goes to all freelancers. Tick the "Send email notification" box only if you also want freelancers emailed.Draft or Archive: which should I use?
The ⋮ menu on each announcement also has an Archive option. Use Save Draft if you might want the announcement again.
Note: Archiving can't be undone. An archived announcement can only be viewed or duplicated, not edited or made live again. If you need it back, use Duplicate to create a new copy.Support/Resources
