When you log in to Worksuite, you land on your dashboard. It shows what needs your attention for your client, such as onboarding steps, agreements to sign and recent updates. The left menu takes you to everything else.

Your client decides which features you use, so you may not see every card or menu item described here. Your client may also use different names for some items, such as Tasks or Invoices.

The left menu

The left menu lists the sections your client has turned on, in this order:

  • Dashboard: your dashboard and Messages, where you write to your client. If your client shares useful links, they appear here under Links.
  • Marketplace: My Job openings (job openings you've applied to) and Job board (open job openings from your client).
  • Tasks & Projects: your projects and tasks. You may also see Timesheets, Time Tracking, a task calendar and your requests.
  • Contracts: All Contracts, where you review and sign the contracts your client sets up with you.
  • Invoices: All Invoices, plus expenses, payouts and payruns if your client uses them.
  • Onboarding: the onboarding workflows your client asked you to complete.
  • Documents: Requested Documents, Agreements (agreements to sign and signed copies), Insurances and Files.

If you work through a staffing agency account, you also see Workers.

If you expect a section and don't see it, ask your client. They control which features you can use.

Your profile picture, Settings and Support

The bottom of the left menu has three controls:

  • Your profile picture: click it to see your name and Log out.
  • The gear icon: opens Settings. Depending on what your client uses, you'll see Profile (the details your client sees), Account (your login email, password and account deletion), Tax information, 1099-NEC, Payout methods, Bank details, Settings (time zone, date and time format) and Portfolio.
  • Support: opens a help panel to contact Worksuite Support.

The gear icon and the Support button don't appear on small phone screens. Open Worksuite on a computer to use them.

To change your profile, email address or password, see How to Update Your Profile, Email Address and Password.
