Your talent land on their dashboard every time they log in to Worksuite. You control part of what they see there: the details on their My Profile card, the announcements you publish and the links to your resources. Setting these up puts your guidelines and updates where your freelancers already look, so fewer questions reach your team.
Who can do this: Admins
Availability: The dashboard is in every account. Some cards depend on the features your workspace uses.
Your workspace may use a different name for Partners, such as Freelancers or Talent. Settings labels like Partner dashboard use that name.TABLE OF CONTENTS

Choose the fields on the My Profile card
The My Profile card shows your talent the profile details your team sees, so they can spot anything missing or out of date.
- Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left menu. Settings opens.
- Under Partners, click Partner dashboard.
- Under Partner profile preview fields, choose a field in each of Field 1 to Field 4. You can pick standard profile fields or your own custom fields.
- Click Save changes.

You'll see "Fields have been saved." The My Profile card on every talent's dashboard now shows the fields you picked. Talent can click Improve your profile on the card to update them.
Publish announcements
Announcements let you send one message to all your talent, or to selected groups, without emailing each person. You write and publish them yourself under Settings → Partners → Partner announcements.
To publish an announcement:
- Go to Settings → Partners → Partner announcements and click Add new announcement.
- Enter a Title and Content.
- Under Partner groups, choose who sees it: all your talent or selected groups.
- Under Displayed in, choose where it appears (see below).
- Attach any files.
- Click Save and Make Live. To finish it later, click Save Draft.
When you add an announcement, choose where it appears in Displayed in:
- Notifications feed: in the talent's Recent Updates card.
- Notifications feed (Pinned): in Recent Updates, pinned to the top.
- Announcement banner: as a banner across the top of the dashboard.
You can attach up to 10 files to an announcement, such as brand guidelines or a training document. To take an announcement down or change it later, see How to take down, edit or re-publish a freelancer announcement.
Share links and resources
You have two ways to share resources with your talent:
- Links in the left menu. Links that appear under Links in your talent's left menu (for example, under Dashboard) are set up by Worksuite. To add or change them, contact Worksuite Support with the name and web address of each link.
- Files on an announcement. Attach the files to an announcement and publish it as a banner or in the feed, as described above.
How talent update their availability
If your workspace uses availability, talent set their status on the Set Your Availability card:
- They click the status button on the card.
- They choose Available, Available Part-Time, Unavailable or Available Soon.
- For Available Soon, they pick the date they'll be available and click Adjust, or click Set 'Available Soon' without date.
Your team sees each person's availability in your All Partners list. Some workspaces use an availability calendar instead, where talent click Adjust to update their dates.
Why don't I see this?
- Partner dashboard and Partner announcements appear in Settings for admins only. If you need access, ask an admin on your team.
- If Set Your Availability, Job Opportunities or another card doesn't appear for your talent, your workspace may not use that feature. Contact Worksuite Support to enable it.
