Did you know that Worksuite can pull the funding for your Scheduled invoices from your bank account automatically? In fact, we have two types of automated funding transfers available: Reverse Wire and ACH Debit.

Each has its own setup process, and we're here to provide you with the details to help you choose the one that's right for your team.

Reverse Wire

  • No limitations on funding pulls
  • Funds are withdrawn from your account on the first business day following the pay run initiation

Setup involves:

  • Sharing an authorization form with us and your bank
  • Confirming your bank's authorization for fund withdrawal
  • Verifying a successful $1 test wire withdrawal from your account

ACH Debit

  • Only available for customers who generate invoices in a single currency in Worksuite (e.g., all invoices created in USD)
  • This method requires establishing a debit limit for funding pulls
  • Ideal for customers with bi-weekly or monthly pay runs with consistent values
  • Additional authorization may be necessary for debit limits exceeding 25k
  • Funds are withdrawn from your account on the first or second business day after the pay run initiation

Setup involves:

  • Sharing an authorization form with us and your bank
  • Providing supporting documentation such as proof of signing authority for the form's signer and a bank statement
  • Confirming your bank's authorization for fund withdrawal
  • Establishing a debit limit
  • Confirming the amount of two test micro-debits

Both processes will require you to coordinate with your bank to ensure that automated withdrawals are authorized.

If you're interested in getting started, let us know which option suits you best. We can then send you an invitation to an onboarding workflow to complete the setup.
