Custom Field Templates


Admin users will be able to access the following “custom field templates”:

  • Job Openings
  • Tasks
  • Projects
  • Payments
  • Payment line items 
  • Contracts


You will use the specified custom field template to create a new custom field.




If you have Job Opening or Task custom fields you will not be able to add new custom fields from your side. This is expected. 

Please contact us at [email protected] to add them and let us know under which template(s) the new field(s) should be visible.



How to Add a New Value to a Custom Field


  1. Click on the Settings icon (gear) on the lower-left side.
  2. Click on Custom fields.
  3. You will be presented with the relevant Custom Field templates mentioned above.
  4. Click on the template to which you would like to add a new value. For example, click on Invoices to add an invoice custom field.
  5. Click on the plus sign to the left or scroll down and click "Add Field."
  6. Select the type of field you'd like.
  7. Edit the name and add the values for the field.
  8. Click Save at the bottom.


Note: you can make the fields visibile to your talent or mandatory.

How to Remove a New Value from a Custom Field


  1. Click on the Settings icon (gear) in the lower-left side.
  2. Click on Custom fields. You will be presented with the relevant Custom Field templates mentioned above.
  3. Click on the template that you would like to remove a value. Scroll to the custom field where it has the value you'd like to delete.
  4. Click the "X" next to the value and then click save.

The particular custom field template that is being utilized will be affected if a value is removed. For instance, the system will "look" for the value and fall back to not being able to save the task if you remove a value from the Task custom field template.
