Custom fields Made Easy – Create, order, and implement new fields and values to your custom fields in regards to your Marketplace, Tasks & Projects, and Payments! Custom field options with the Field Editor. Edit options in place, order options by drag and drop, set default options, and more!

Custom Field Templates


Admin users will be able to access the following “custom filed templates”:

  • Job Openings
  • Tasks
  • Projects
  • Payments
  • Payment line items (if enabled in your environment)


You will use the specified custom field template to create a new custom field




How to Add a New Value to a Custom Field


  1. Click on your profile picture or initials icon at the bottom left-hand corner
  2. A pop-up will appear and you will click on Settings
  3. Click on Custom fields
  4. You will be presented with the relevant Custom Field templates mentioned above
  5. Click on the template that you would like to add a new value to and then click on the field where the new value will be added
  6. Add the new value and then click SAVE
  7. That's it! You did it!

How to Remove a New Value from a Custom Field


  1. Click on your profile picture or initials icon at the bottom left-hand corner
  2. A pop-up will appear and you will click on Settings
  3. Click on Custom fields
  4. You will be presented with the relevant Custom Field templates mentioned above
  5. Click on the template that you would like to remove value to and then click on the field where the value will be removed
  6. Click the "X" next to the value and then click SAVE
  7. That's it! You did it!

The particular custom field template that is being utilized will be affected if a value is removed. For instance, the system will "look" for the value and fall back to not being able to save the task if you remove a value from the Task custom field template.
