Custom Field Templates
Admin users will be able to access the following “custom filed templates”:
- Job Openings
- Tasks
- Projects
- Payments
- Payment line items (if enabled in your environment)
You will use the specified custom field template to create a new custom field
How to Add a New Value to a Custom Field
- Click on your profile picture or initials icon at the bottom left-hand corner
- A pop-up will appear and you will click on Settings
- Click on Custom fields
- You will be presented with the relevant Custom Field templates mentioned above
- Click on the template that you would like to add a new value to and then click on the field where the new value will be added
- Add the new value and then click SAVE
- That's it! You did it!

How to Remove a New Value from a Custom Field
- Click on your profile picture or initials icon at the bottom left-hand corner
- A pop-up will appear and you will click on Settings
- Click on Custom fields
- You will be presented with the relevant Custom Field templates mentioned above
- Click on the template that you would like to remove value to and then click on the field where the value will be removed
- Click the "X" next to the value and then click SAVE
- That's it! You did it!

The particular custom field template that is being utilized will be affected if a value is removed. For instance, the system will "look" for the value and fall back to not being able to save the task if you remove a value from the Task custom field template.
