FAQ's for Internal Team Members
Do I need to create a new account?
You do not need to create a new account. All the activities and data available in the old URL are the same as the new URL.
What do I need to do?
- Bookmark your new URL as [companyname].worksuite.com
- Save our new support email in your address book (support@worksuite.com)
- Add no-reply@worksuite.com and payments@worksuite.com to your contacts, so none of our system emails go to your spam box
There will be no change if you have a custom branded URL and emails, except our support email address.
Can I still use my current [company name].shortlist.co URL?
You can continue to use your current account URL. However, we recommend updating your bookmarks to reflect the new [company name].worksuite.com URL to access your account.
If you have a custom branded URL, there will be no change.
Will my talent partners be able to use the same URL?
They can continue to use the current account URL. However, we recommend updating their bookmarks to reflect the new [company name].worksuite.com URL to access their dashboard.

When will my talent partners be notified of this change?
Once the change is live, your talent partners will see an in-app notification of the update the first time they access the platform. (If you have custom branded emails and a custom URL, your talent partners will not receive this notification since they will not experience any change). The message will include information about the rebrand, as well as the following important bullet points:
- Please bookmark the email no-reply@worksuite.com as notifications sent from the platform will be sent from this email.
- You can still access your Shortlist/Worksuite account using the same URL you have been using.
- We know you'll have questions - that's why we created our FAQ to help you out!
Will my talent partners need to create new accounts and profiles?
Your talent partners will not need to create new accounts or update their profiles in any way.
Which URL will new emails direct me to?
System emails will direct everyone to the updated URL, but the experience will remain the same.
If you have a custom branded URL, there will be no change.
Will my partners or I need to sign a new privacy policy?
No, they will not. Since Worksuite is part of the Shortlist legal entity, all previously agreed policies are still active.
Will the support email or knowledge base URL change?
Yes. You can begin emailing our support team at support@worksuite.com or payments@worksuite.com and access the knowledge base at www.help.worksuite.com.
Note: you can still use support@shortlist.co,
payments@shortlist.co and help.shortlist.co until further notice.
Will my billing terms change?
Billing terms will not change.
How will this affect data collection?
Data collection will remain the same. Since Worksuite is a legal entity of Shortlist, all policies and agreements will remain in place.
Will my talent partners receive payments differently?
Individual banks process transaction details differently. You may see the sender of your payments as their client, Shortlist/Worksuite or their payment processing partner, Moneycorp.
How will this affect the overall experience for my talent partners?
The overall experience for your talent partners will remain the same. The Worksuite team has taken every step to ensure you and your talent have a seamless transition.
FAQ's for Talent
Do I need to create a new profile?
No, you do not need to create a new profile. You will be able to access your profile using the same URL until further notice.
Do I need to enter my bank details again?
No, you do not need to enter any profile information again. All information and activity will be retained, including task, project, and payment information.
Will I receive payments differently?
Individual banks process transaction details differently. You may see the sender of your payments as your client, Shortlist/Worksuite or our payment processing partner, Moneycorp.
How do I get support if I need it?
You can reach out to our support team at support@worksuite.com or payments@worksuite.com.
Should I bookmark a new URL?
You will still be able to use your current URL. Once you receive a system-generated email notification for the first time, the link will bring you to your new URL. Please be sure to take note of it and update your bookmark if needed.
Will the emails come from the same email address?
Emails that have been sent from no-reply@shortlist.co will now be sent from no-reply@worksuite.com. If emails have been sent from a different email address, that address will remain the same.
