What are Content Stages?
Content stages are stages with a workflow where you can put structure and context to your workflow. You can create a questionnaire for your talent, and some customers even embed training directly into the platform!

Setup within Workflow Stages
Content Stage - Heading
Use this to add a clear title or section header within the content stage. It helps organize information and makes it easier for candidates to scan and understand the content.
Content Stage - Paragraph
This option allows you to add a block of text. Use it for instructions, explanations, or any general information you need to communicate to candidates at this stage.
Content Stage - Video
Imagine that you have an instructional video you need all your workers to watch - you can add a video item to the stage, add a checkbox "I've watched the video" - and they're done! It's that easy!
Content Stage - PDF
Upload or attach a PDF document that candidates can view or download. This is useful for sharing policies, guides, or other official documents.
