There are two places to change your email address in your Worksuite profile. Please be sure to update your email in both locations according to the description and instructions below.


Your email address

There are two places to change your email address in Worksuite. Be sure to read the description below to ensure your notifications reach the desired inbox.
  • Your settings - this is the email address that will receive notifications from the system. Check this address if you are not receiving notifications as expected.
  • Your profile - the email address located here is what your client will see in your profile. 

Your email address in Settings is where email notifications will be sent. 


Changing your email address in settings

  1. Click on your avatar in the lower left corner of your browser window
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Account
  4. Update your email address
  5. Save changes
  6. Logout of your account
  7. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address - locate this email and follow instructions included




Be sure to logout of your account in step 5 above. This is required for the change to occur.


Updating your password

There are two ways to login to your Worksuite profile - via secure login link, and via email address & password. Your client may have one preferred method. If you have any questions, be sure to reach out to them to understand their preference.


To update your password:


  1. Click on your avatar in the lower left corner of your browser window
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Account
  4. Update your password (this is located below the email address update field
  5. Save changes
  6. Logout of your account
  7. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address - locate this email and follow instructions included


Changing your profile email address

  1. Access your Worksuite profile
  2. Click the Edit Profile button to update the email address in your profile
  3. Save changes
