Partner custom field configuration for talent profiles in Worksuite is a feature that allows you to add custom profile fields in Worksuite yourself.
Need to have specific information shown on your talent's profile when accessing their profiles? This will help you!
After creating partner custom fields you can add these fields to a workflow to capture that data when your talent is going through onboarding.
Steps:
- Click on Settings (the gear icon on the lower-right)
- Click on Partner Custom Fields
There will be a default pre-defined section already present named 'Main Section' and you can create fields within that section OR create a new section
Note: a Section is a "divider" being divided by a grey line on the talent's profile.
Example: a Section could be created for DEI and have fields related to just that topic.
- By clicking on a section, a side panel opens up with the option to add different types of custom fields.
* You can also create a new section and create fields within that section. Click on Add new section.
Example of Main section which contains "Social Security Number" and a new section called "Employment" which contains
- The fields will also be available for addition in the Onboarding Workflows.
Note:
- Only the Admins will have access to create vendor custom fields.
- The field created using UI will be visible to freelancers. If you want to make any fields not visible or non-editable, please reach out to support at support@worksuite.com
- The fields created will be added to all talent types. To remove from certain vendor types, reach out to Worksuite Support.
- Deleting the section will remove the section and vendor field within it from the profile.
- The new fields will appear until the talent fills the field in question
