From your Worksuite account, you will be able to access payment reports via the Worksuite Payments module. Let's look at the steps below.

The Payments Report feature is available for all Worksuite Pay customers. Save time by downloading all payments to quickly sort through the data!

Methods for downloading payment reports


Payment statements can be downloaded using two methods:

  • In the payments module
  • By entering specific URLs when logged into your administrator account


Downloading reports in the payments module


Step 1: Navigate to the desired payments

  • Navigate to the payments module


Step 2: Export payment information

  • Click on the ellipses (3-dot) dropdown menu
  • Select the option to export payments
  • Enter the desired date range


  • Please note that the date selection refers to the date on which the invoices were created
  • When you click the Download button, payments will be exported in .csv format


Step 3: Manipulate payment data as needed

  • When the export is complete, payments in all statuses are available. Use the filtering functions in your spreadsheet editor to manipulate the data for other views.


Alternate method


If preferred, you can download payment reports using the following method. 


Append the following links to the end of your Worksuite account URL. Anytime you download invoices using these links, they will be up to date.


In the examples below, we are using mycompany to represent our account name.

  • Unpaid Payments: /api/payments/export_unpaid/?format=csv

Example: https://mycompany.worksuite.com/api/payments/export_unpaid/?format=csv

  • Approved Payments: /api/payments/export_approved/?format=csv

Example: https://mycompany.worksuite.com/api/payments/export_approved/?format=csv


  • In-Flight Payments: /api/payments/export_In_Flight/?format=csv

Example: https://mycompany.worksuite.com/api/payments/export_In_Flight/?format=csv

  • Processing Payments: /api/payments/export_In_Flight/?format=csv

Example: https://mycompany.worksuite.com/api/payments/export_processing/?format=csv

  • All Payments: /api/payments/export_to_zip/?format=csv

Example: https://mycompany.worksuite.com/api/payments/export_to_zip/?format=csv

The above direct URLs might not work for enviroments with a large number of invoices. If that happen to be your case, please use the other method described in this article.
