You can send a message to your client at any time via your Worksuite dashboard. This keeps all your communications with your client in one place - no more searching through emails for the message you need!


Send a private message from your dashboard

  1. Login to your Worksuite dashboard
  2. Navigate to Messages from the left side panel of your page
  3. Enter your message and click Send
  4. When your client responds to your message, you will receive a notification to view the message


Messaging in workflows

Your client may also send you a message directly in a workflow stage, for communications pertaining to the specific information located there. 


The Messages tab will not be available until your client initiates a message here. Once they do, you can respond directly in the workflow stage.



Messaging in tasks

Your client may also send you a message directly in a task, for communications pertaining to the task assignment.

Note: When your client sends you a private message, you will receive it on your Worksuite account as well as your email. You can directly reply to the message through your email or through your account.
